The High Velocity Pro Fibre Range of Lyalvale Express Cartridges has been continually improved over the past two years to meet the high demands now put on biodegradable fibre wad cartridges by clay target shooters.

Now sportsmen who are required to shoot only biodegradable cartridges are able to enjoy their sport with the same consistent ballistics as the rest of the Express range. To this end we use only the finest components.

The case is transparent blue and made in the EEC. We utilise a transparent case for ease of inspection to ensure the finest quality control possible.

The powders used in Pro Fibre cartridges are Vectan Powders made in France by the SNPE Group to the very highest standards of consistency and cleanliness. The powders are single base fine flake powder which will burn cleanly at low pressures ensuring very uniform patterns with very low recoil.

The Card Obturator in our Pro Fibre 28 gm (1 oz.) cartridges is of 4 mm thickness rather than the usual 2.5 or 3. This ensures good obturation which enhances the efficiency of the powder. The Fibre driving wads are waxed, as is the Card Obturator to protect shotgun barrels from undue erosion by the card and wad.

The lead shot used in Pro Fibre cartridges has 3% Antimony to ensure uniform patterns.
